Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Bulk, institutional, or customized orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and courier partner.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Delivery
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery according to their policy.
Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (recommended)
We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
